Overseas Trading were a set of missions overseen by the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan during her time visiting Ireland in the late 9th century. Using merchant ships provided by Azar, Eivor sent crews and resources on various trading missions around the world.[1]

Missions

  1. Textiles and Testaments: The first emir of Córdoba was driven from the East when the Abbasids killed his family and crushed their caliphate. Such inbred distrust requires long, generous courtship.
  2. Textiles and Testaments II: The Emirate of Córdoba is home to some of the longest and most enduring Roman bridges. There was an empire that understood the needs of trade!
  3. Textiles and Testaments III: Despite its troublesome landscape, Córdoba is becoming a great center of learning. The wisdom of all is welcome, preferably on paper, so your monks will be kept busy.
  4. Cups and Capes: The Emir is sending his army against his rebels, but one can't defeat dissent by blade alone. Keep your people dined and distracted or it will spread like wildfire.
