Mary Read as "James Kidd"

Mary Read (unknown – 1721) was an English pirate and member of the Assassin Order, trained by the Mentor Ah Tabai.

She posed as a male pirate under the name of James Kidd, an illegitimate son of the late William Kidd, and was one of the founding members of the pirate republic at Nassau.Mary Read was also a member of the assassin order later in the story she shows Edward kenway that she is mary read who she tells edward not to tell anyone.

Romantic Life. mary read was in close relationships even with edward kenway later in the story it shows that edward loved mary read and the two were close marys dying whish was for edward to join the assassin order in which he did 

Altertive Timeline what would happen if mary read was alive and that she didnt die and that edward kenway whould saved her and that she went with him.
