Juan de Marillo is an Inquisitor under Tomas de Torquemada. He is also one of the people Ezio is sent to assassinate in the Nintendo DS game Assassin's Creed II: Discovery.
Juan de Marillo was found out by Ezio Auditore da Firenze, to be condemning fellow Assassins to death in Spain. Ezio Auditore, assassinated Juan de Marillo under ground after overhearing Tomas de Torquemada pltting to round up all the people in Spain who do not pledge allegience to the Pope.
