Isla de la Juventud
Pinos Isle, currently also known as Isla de la Juventud, is an island located in the Caribbean Sea. It lays in the southern of Cuba, directly under Havana in the Castillo de Jagua region. The name of the island is Spanish for "island of pine trees". There didn't seem to be an unusual number of pine trees on the island, but there were a lot of Mayan ruins.
In the Golden Age of Piracy, a pirate named Edward Kenway could find two Mayan Stelaes and a treasure map on the island. The treasure map would lead Edward to a chest in Cayman Sound, one of the Cayman Islands. The chest contained 4000 Reals. Also could he find a hidden buried chest on Pinos Isle. The map could be obtained in Cumberland Bay, and this chest contained the plans for the Aquila's wheel, which Edward could use as a modification to his own ship, the Jackdaw.
