Grungir was a dwarven blacksmith who lived in Gullnámar, Svartálfaheimr.

Biography

Not much was known about Grungir, except that he was studious blacksmith, expanding his knowledge of the different materials of his world, as he worked at Jordber Shelter. Once the Muspels invaded their realm, he saw other dwarves made their way to hide in the shelter. At some point, he met with the Æsir lord Havi to discuss the lord's Hugr-Rip.[1]
