The Fishermen's District

The Fishermen's District was a bandit-infested district located in southwestern Osaka in Izumi Settsu, Japan.

History

In 1582, the Iga kunoichi Fujibayashi Naoe arrived at the district after finding a clue of a kidnapping ring and how one of the conspirators Shucho was trying to find her recent victim, who was rumored to be in the district. Fortunately, Naoe found the child first and instructed her to run away while she confronted Shucho. Killing the kidnapper, Naoe recoverd a tantō Ink Spiller from Shucho's personal effects.[1]
