The Aion Vineyard was a vineyard in Highlands of Asklepiades on the island of Kos, Greece. Located to the northwest of Artemisia Fort, it was owned by Markos, friend of Kassandra after a failed attempt at Kephallonia.

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place when Markos once again asked for her help. This time, dealing with the Cerberus brothers.[1]
