Ahmose was an Egyptian woman born during the reign of Ptolemy XII Auletes. Living her life as a farmer with her husband Sabu, she eventually gave birth to Bayek, who would go on to reform the Brotherhood that would later be known as the Assassins.

In addition to being the protector of Siwa, Sabu was secretly one of the last members of the Medjay bloodline, elite warriors who swore to protect Egypt and its traditions.
