The Homestead was an area in Davenport, New York. It held a large manor and a small town, to which the Assassin Connor Kenway could invite people to live at the Homestead and raise income there, through trade and crafting.

The Homestead was considered by some residents as a second chance, who had lost their prior accomodation due to the conflict of the American Revolutionary War.
