Cedric was an emissary to King Alfred the Great in late 9th century Wincestre.
Once, Cedric attempted to collect a comissioned piece from a jeweler, who insisted on keeping it until he got what was owed. Cedric kept rapping at the man's door, demanding the jewel until a passing Eivor Varinsdottir decided to retrieve the jewel herself.[1]
