Caterina Sforza
Caterina Sforza was the Countess of Forlì and Imola and the daughter of the Duke of Milan. She married the Pope's nephew at only 14. He later became the Count of Forlì and Imola, and she took his place after his assassination by the Orsi family in 1488.
Ezio meets and saves her next to Forlì, when he is going to Venice. To reward him, she gives orders to the guard, so that he can take the ship. She then tells Ezio that if he ever needs her help again, it would be her "pleasure" to assist him.
While sailing away from Forli, Ezio states that Caterina is "[his] next conquest" before being reprimanded by Leonardo da Vinci , who tells him that it's not a good idea. Da Vinci describes her as being "as powerful and dangerous as she is young and beautiful." Ezio replys that makes Caterina his "type" of lady.
While the game does not show Caterina's infamous quote about her "reproductive organs" Shaun does mention it when Desmond asks about Sequences 12 and 13, which we are unable to play due to corruption.
In actual life, she died on 28 May 1509 of Pneumonia after being exiled to Florence.
