Blume Corporation
The Blume Corporation is a business conglomerate responsible for the development of the city-wide monitoring system CtOS.
In late 2013, the Blume Corporation sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's CCO – Olivier Garneau – advertising CtOS, and offering the possibility of having a localized system installed at Abstergo Entertainment's Montreal facility.

- The Blume Corporation, and CtOS, form the basis of another Ubisoft IP – Watch Dogs – which was released on 27 May 2014.
