The Blume Corporation is a conglomerate known for the development of the CtOS.

In late 2013, the Blume Corporation sent a corporate sales email to Abstergo Entertainment's COO - Olivier Garneau - advertising the CtOS, and offering the possibility of have a localized system installed at the Montreal facility.

Trivia

• The Blume Corporation and CtOS form the basis of another Ubisoft IP - Watch Dogs - which is due to release sometime in 2014.
