The Yami no Kage was a katana that Fujibayashi Naoe obtained in 1582. That year, Naoe and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Yasuke infiltrated the bandit camp of Hiraiyama Fort in Harima and retrieved the sword from a treasure chest.[1]
