The Masyaf Keys are Memory Seals which were created by the First Civilization. They work similarly to the Animus, as both were First Civilization technology. They were mentioned in Assassin's Creed: The Secret Crusade. The reason they are not mentioned is because they were added to the storyline after Brotherhood. No series has every single thing planned out from the storyline, no matter what they tell you. Changes are made, things are added. What is bad about that? By that logic, you should also complain that the fact that there is more than one Piece of Eden was not mentioned in the first Assassin's Creed, amongst a lot of other things.
Ezio knows of Caterina's death and Bartolomeo fighting at the Battle of Agnadello, but Revelations starts in 1511. There is no reason for him to mention those things. The fact that no other familiar characters are in Constantinople speaks for itself. I don't understand any of the other things you said in that last post.
About Subject 16's message in Brotherhood. I'm not entirely sure and it may sound far-fetched, but this is what was hinted at in The Lost Archive. Warren's plan for Lucy was to be "imbedded" with Desmond's child so they would no longer need Desmond and could have the child for Desmond's DNA (I think?). That is what Desmond's son refers to. Lucy was never "imbedded" though. Desmond needs to look for "Eve," possibly her descendant, for an unknown purpose.
The Armor of Altaïr was created using knowledge of the Apple of Eden. There are a lot of Apples of Eden, and Ezio's Apple was transported to Cyprus at some point between 1191 and 1488 before being taken to Venice, but we don't know the circumstances of it. Whether Genghis Khan had a Sword of Eden is not known, but that has nothing to do directly with Revelations as a whole.
I agree that Revelations promised more than it delivered, but most of the points you mentioned either have nothing to do with it or you simply don't know about them.
