Frontier

The Frontier was a large countryside located in the north-eastern plains of America. Many battles of the American Revolutionary War took place here.
The Frontier consisted mostly of wilderness, containing cliffs, forests, rivers, and mountains. It was also inhabited by a variety of animals, including bears, deer, wolves, rabbits, and elk.[1]
Description
While Boston and New York City were primary destinations from the Frontier, the countryside itself also contained several small Native American or European settlements - including Connor's Mohawk village - and the towns of Lexington, Concord, and Charlestown. One could also find logging camps, mills, and trading posts.[2]
There were several animals in the Frontier, ranging feom common deer, to rear animals like elks. These animals were widely hunted. The Assassin Connor would hunt these animals and sell their pelts for money.
Connor was particularly skilled in navigating the Frontier, and was able to climb and free-run across tree branches; granting him an advantage over enemies traveling below. He could climb a tree and set up an ambush for any of his enemies.[1]
Trivia
- The Frontier is 1.5 times larger than Rome in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and holds around 30% of the main storyline content.
