The Writers Guild of America is a highly respected organisation. Consider the fact that only 5 games were nominated for writing in the video game category out of all those that were released in 2011.

Now consider the actual games that were nominated - Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Batman: Arkham City, Brink, Mortal Kombat and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. So either the overall standard of writing is declining, or the games there, (Revelations included) actually deserved their place. Like i said earlier, just stating facts. A LOT of people may not like ACR. Considerably more like it. That too is fact. Think of it as a counterbalance to your extremely negative view of the game. Balance is a good thing right?
