Aletheia was an Isu. During the Human-Isu War she supported the Humans.

In 431 BCE when Kassandra visited the Ancient Forge on the island of Andros, Aletheia spoke to her.

In 2018 Layla Hassan keeps a record of her finding in the Animus about Aletheia.
