Whip of the Deserter
The Whip of the Deserter was a kusarigama that Fujibayashi Naoe obtained in 1582. That year, Naoe and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Yasuke were tasked by Kennyo with eliminating a group of bounty hunters who were after his son, Kyonyo. Following a lead to the city of Saika, the pair located Kamakichi skulking around. They then confronted Kamakichi and killed him, taking the weapon from his personal effects.[1]
