Who was the Genius?

Who is the genius who put all the hard work into it? I thought it was Assasin-Rayne, so I left him a message. There was another individual that asked me to stop editing the "quest" page because it was under review, and I told them my thoughts about the piece as well. Or maybe that was the other way around. Anyway, now I receive thi message from you referring me to a user whos name starts with E (the creator). Is he the creator of this entire wiki site, or the creator of the "quest" page?
