I think that there had to be multiple Staffs, like that there were multiple Apples. Look at these two pictures:
-
The Staff used by popes.
-
The Staff used by tsars.
See the difference between the two? -- Master Sima Yi 05:33, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
- Yes but are you sure that is the Staff they are looking for? I mean we did see the Staff from ACII and Brotherhood also on the comic covers. --Altaïr 09:53, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
- Oh yeah, that's right. But yes, that is the Staff. It's the same Staff that is seen wielded by Nicholas II of Russia in the Glyphs. Maybe it can change shape or something. -- Master Sima Yi 12:57, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
maybe it's just something the artists of the comic forgot to have a look at. Rossko 12:59, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't think the artists would make such a big mistake. And again, in the Glyph sequences, the Staff also appears like that in Tsar Nicholas II's picture. -- Master Sima Yi 13:00, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
i suppose the staff tranforming could work. Maybe it alters it's appearance to suit the time period.
forgot sig. --Rossko 13:02, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
- I doubt that. It is more likely that the "staff" is in actuality, just the long, straight part; over time it was decorated in a variety of different ways to make them all look distinct. --Jasca Ducato Council Chamber Assassination record 13:14, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
- But how come it looks like that in the picture with Tsar Alexander III, then it looks like its AC II look again on the cover of AC: The Fall's second issue? -- Master Sima Yi 13:15, October 21, 2010 (UTC)
