She was a mercenary, the Athenians hired her to fight the Spartans just like the other champions. Oh and Kleon was in command of the Athenian forces, so she was more like a puppet to the Cult of Kosmos. In other words she was working for them indirectly. Nesaia's occupation + allegiance

She was a mercenary, the Athenians hired her to fight the Spartans just like the other champions. Oh and Kleon was in command of the Athenian forces, so she was more like a puppet to the Cult of Kosmos. In other words she was working for them indirectly.
