I am not sure... There are other missions that seem to just be retellings such as killing Tamir and Juan Borgia. That (de la Motte) is the only mission I have seen that appears to be a new target/killing. However, if you look at the noticed along the bottom, they appear to be prepping a new character for missions, and introduced William/Wilikikin, so I would have though so. I would advise emailing them on the suggestions/bugs addresss, they are pretty quick with a reply (I had suggested a database of the cards, seeing as how they are consumable.
