Of course, they would keep the Pouch in the name since the emphasis is on 'pouch'. What signifies the ranking is the pouch with golden/silver turtle/fish inside it, no the turtle-shaped gold nugget inside. I'd recommend you to at least read a book or two on Chinese history unless making yourself sound so mighty and ignorant is intentional.
