Élise Lafleur was a smuggler operating in the Louisianan Bayou, who was in contact with the Assassin Aveline de Grandpré from at least 1765.
During this time, she provided a canoe for Aveline to use, so that the Assassin could navigate her way through the marshy region and take out a contingent of Mackandal's men.
Personality and characteristics
Élise was a sardonic individual, who commented on the nature of Aveline's parentage as being "gentle breeding", implying that the Assassin could not handle the rough terrain of the Louisianan swamps.
