The Vineyard Canyon is a canyon which constitutes the northeastern region of Lesbos, Greece. Notable landmarks include the Temple of Kybele and the Mantamados Peak.

During the Peloponnesian War the region was explored by the Spartan misthios Kassandra.[1]
