Created in 1997, Ubisoft Montreal is Ubisoft's first studio located on the American continent.
The studio has specialized in high-budget productions suach as Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, Prince of Persia, Far Cry or Assassin’s Creed and Watch_Dogs, which are among Ubisoft’s biggest projects.
Ubisoft Montreal is today, with more than 3,800 employees (55 nationalities including 85% of Canadians and 15% of expatriates including many French), Ubisoft’s largest development studio and the largest in the gaming industry in North America and Europe.[1]
