Twynam Farm was an Anglo-Saxon farm build along the River Exe in the southwestern part of the region, just southwest of Yeardley Farm. It was medium-sized and consisted of four buildings with several large crop fields surrounding it.
In the 9th century, it was raided multiple times by the Vikings Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan, Vagn, and her longship crew.[1]
