Troyes is a city in France.
During the 11th century, the Order of the Knights Templar was formed here and Troyes became a Templar base ever since.
In the early 16th century, the Assassin Giovanni Borgia and Maria Amiel visited Troyes. Borgia had the objective to kill "the Viper", a Templar; the man showed himself after he started talking with Maria, and he was assassinated by Borgia. The two left the town immediately afterwards.
