The Statues of O Potamos were a pair of statues within the city of Kydonia in Little Egypt in Messara, Greece. These statues of soldiers watched over the docks of Kydonia, guarding the entrance to the city.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited the place.[1]
Trivia
- This viewpoint was added by the 1.1.4 patch released in February 2019, alongside 21 others.
- The entrance is protected by sudis, a type of contemporary Roman fortification not seen in Greece, at the time.
