Soldier's Flail

The Soldier's Flail was a type of flail used by Anglo-Saxon soldiers in England during the 9th century.

During her travels, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan acquired this flail at Chepeham.[1]
