The Ark of the Covenant

The Ark of the Covenant was a golden casing first hidden in the Jerusalem Vault beneath the remains of Solomon's Temple, which housed an Apple of Eden between the wings of the seraphim on its upper surface. In July 1191, the artifact was taken by the Assassin Malik Al-Sayf during a mission assigned to Malik, his brother Kadar and Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad by Al Mualim.
