The Shwedagon Pagoda is a sacred Buddhist site in Yangon, Myanmar.[1] It housed a sphere-shaped Isu artifact which was part of the Southeast Asian Pieces of Eden. In 2023, while based in Singapore, the Abstergo Industries turncoat Shimazu Sei and her bodyguard Yuki tracked the artifact's location to the site after Noa Kim relived the genetic memories of his British Assassin ancestor Edward Kenway. Just as Abstergo's Sigma Team were closing in on them, Sei, Yuki, and Noa left the Zhawang Corporation safehouse with Nathan Zhang to head to the Shwedagon Pagoda and recover the artifact.[2]
