The Shrine of Amun was a shrine dedicated to Amun located at the top of a mountain in the Theban Necropolis.

In 38 BCE, two priests of Amun Sab and Onnos were dispatched from Karnak to conduct a sacred ritual at the shrine in an attempt to appease the deceased pharaohs which supposedly came back to life. However, the shrine became a nest for a pack of lions, preventing them from conducting the ritual. The Hidden One Bayek of Siwa later helped them to eliminate the lions, making it safe for them to conduct their ritual.[1]
