Monsieur Salmon (died 1771) was a shipwright active in Louisiana during the eighteenth century. He was supported by the government which allowed him to fix the prices of ships and repairs extremely high. The Assassin Aveline de Grandpré was informed of this injustice and assassinated Salmon.
