Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, is a city in Vietnam.
History
On 2 November 1963, Boris Pash arrived in Saigon, having manipulating the CIA into staging a coup against Templar-backed President of South Vietnam Ngô Đình Diệm, unknowingly provoking a domino effect in the region.[1]
