Redice Studio is a South Korean webtoon studio, best known for creating and publishing Solo Leveling.[1]

History

In April 2021, a new Assassin's Creed webtoon, to be published by Redice Studio, was announced alongside eight other projects. Game Informer reported that the comic wold expand on the story of Edward Kenway following the events of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. It would also be part of the new Ubisoft collection of 'Chronicles', new adventures featuring familiar faces.[2] Ubisoft's official site notes that the webtoon will contain 3 seasons of 50 episodes.[1]

On 12 April 2023, the webtoon was officially named Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple and the first 6 episodes of 150 were announced to release on 24 April.[3] While readers could gain early access to episodes by paying a 50¢ fee for each installment, the issues would also release for free to the public weekly.
