Antonio de Ulloa was a Spanish general, explorer, author, astronomer, colonial administrator and the first Spanish governor of Louisiana.
A Templar, he was pursued by the Assassin Aveline de Grandpré during the Louisiana Rebellion, but was spared by Grandpré under the promise to go into exile.
