Niels Gunnarsson was a young and skilled Norse Viking hunter from Ravensthorpe who dreamed of adventure. Hoping to recruit Niels, Hytham bought the young man from his abusive father, the farmer Gunnar. However, after being trained by Adelaïde in Lunden as an aspiring member of the Hidden Ones, Neils opted to remain free.

Biography

In the late-870s, Niels was instructed by his Mentor-to-be Hytham to accompany the copyist monk Edward to Lunden. Following the trail of a mysterious cult, the two traveled to Scotland.[1]
