New York City is a city in the United States of America.
During the 18th century, Desmond Miles' ancestor, the Assassin Connor Kenway, visited the city.[1]
In 2003, after having fled from the Assassin hideout he had grown up in, Desmond ended up living in New York City, working as a bartender at a successful nightclub named Bad Weather.[2]
