Malta Banking Corporation is a bank that Charlotte de la Cruz worked for. Before that, she was a customer, and in debt to them because of her student loans. On 15 September 2015, Charlotte to transfer ten thousand dollars to Ms. Morehead's account, after learning Morehead's insurance would not cover her daughter's healthcare. However, as she headed home Charlotte realized she would be fired for this.
