Jean-Jacques Blaise d'Abbadie (1726 - February 4, 1765) was the French governor of New Orleans prior to the Louisiana Rebellion. During this time, he worked with the Templar Rafael Joaquín de Ferrer in slave trading enterprises.
In 1765, the Assassin, Aveline de Grandpré, discovered the coalition between the pair as she snuck into the governer's home, before she assassinated d'Abbadie with a musket.
