Jason's Golden Fleece

Jason's Golden Fleece was a legendary breastplate that was part of a set of armor set attributed to heroes in Greek mythology.

Allegedly having once belonged to the legendary hero Jason, the armor was in the possession of a mercenary with the sobriquet "the Resplendent". During the Peloponnesian War, the mercenary was defeated by the Spartan misthios Kassandra, who claimed the chest piece as her own.[1]
