Isabetta Auditore[1] (died 25 September 1321)[2] was the wife of the Assassin Domenico Auditore and mother of Renato Auditore.[3] As such, she was the great-grandmother of the Assassins Giovanni and Mario Auditore, and the great-great-grandmother of Giovanni's son, Ezio. Through this line, she is also an ancestor of Desmond and William Miles, Clay Kaczmarek and Noa Kim.[4]

Sometime after 1296, Isabetta met Domenico and the two fell in love. Domenico left not long after for the sea, but soon returned and the two were wed. Shortly afterwards, their son Renato was born.[3]
In September 1321, after Domenico's mentor Dante Alighieri was killed by Templars, he took Isabetta and Renato with him to journey to Spain in order to keep the codex of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad away from the Templars. However, after docking in the Otranto harbor, their trading vessel was attacked by pirates hired by the Templars, who raped and killed Isabetta.
