Alsoomse was an individual of Native American descent, who lived a very solitary life as a child, subsequently causing her to be considered more independent than those around her. As she grew older, Alsoomse displayed a violent and fearless temperament, even willing to die for the ideals that she believed in.
In 2012, her genetic memories were used as an Animi Avatar by Abstergo Industries, for the training of their recruits in the third stage of the Animi Training Program, under the title of the Independent.
