Ezio Auditore knocks on the door of the Rosa in Fiore and speaks with a courtesan. They are interrupted by another courtesan bearing the news that the owner has been captured. Ezio decides to rescue her and pay her ransom, but the slave traders kill her after taking the ransom. Ezio kills them in return and reclaims his money. Afterwards, Ezio returns to the Rosa in Fiore and is shocked to find his mother and sister there. He renovates the brothel, and leaves Claudia in charge of running the business.
The slaver slits Solari's throat, killing her, then orders his men to attack Ezio. Ezio swiftly eliminates all of the slavers and takes his money back.

Ezio renovates the Riose in Fiore and Claudia runs the Guild of Courtesans. Claudia and the courtesans are now allied with the Assassins, and are tasked by Ezio to find Caterina.
