The Henderson was a trade vessel in service of the colonies. In 1773, she was attacked by British privateers when the ship sailed near to the east coast of America. The Aquila, captained by the Assassin Connor, came to her rescue and destroyed the British privateers, ensuring the Henderson's safety.
