HMS Prince was one of five legendary ships AKA "Ghost Ship" encountered by the pirate Edward Kenway in the Caribbean, during the early 18th century.
A Royal Navy warship, the Prince was engaged by the Jackdaw south of Saint-Domingue in the midst of a ghostly fog. The fog, along with the Prince's black and tattered sails, gave her the appearance of a ghost ship.
Eventually, HMS Prince was sunk by Edward Kenway's Jackdaw.
