Girolamo Riario (1443 - 14 April 1488) was Lord of Forlì and husband of Caterina Sforza. Caterina hired the Orsi brothers to kill him because he was a Templar. He was then murdered by the Orsi Family of Forlì supported by Rodrigo Borgia while his wife and children were taken prisoner. They were rescued by Ezio Auditore da Firenze and Niccolò Machiavelli however.
Trivia
- In real history, he was one of the Pazzi conspirators against Lorenzo de' Medici but he has not been identified as this in the game yet.
- Gamewise, he seems to be an enemy of Lorenzo de' Medici as some of Romagna's Assassination Contracts involve killing his soldiers and agents. Though this does not mean he is a Templar, there is still a possibility that he is.
