During the mass departure of the Hidden Ones from the Roman Empire's provinces of Britannia and Gaul, a few Hidden Ones opted to remain behind.[2] By the 9th century, Alexandre was one of those who had decided to stay and dedicate themselves to keeping the former bureaus in Paris and the surrounding cityside safe.[1]
During her time in Francia, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan received quests from Reda, one of which was a request from Alexandre, who wanted Eivor to assassinate a target to help him expand his influence within the region.[1]
